Thank You Cards
If you have thank you cards included in your package, I will create several different designs for you to select from within 2 weeks from your wedding date (subject to workload) I will email them over for you to pick your favourite, you can make changes to the design at this point if you wish. It’s very important at this stage to check all of the details, including the spelling. Any spelling mistakes cannot be altered after I’ve ordered your thank you cards with my supplier.
Please email me to let me know which design you would like to order. You have 50 thank you cards included, however you can order more, at a cost of 95p per card. Thank you cards are A5 and include a white envelope. Thank you cards take about a week to arrive with me, I will then post them to you, or you can collect them if you wish.
Receiving your wedding images
Your finished set of images will take between 2 – 4 months from the date of your wedding to complete (subject to workload). When your gallery is ready, I will send you a link with a password to view your images online and to share with friends and family. Please do not share these images with suppliers, I can provide images direct to the suppliers for their marketing purposes, so should they ask for copies, please ask them to contact me directly.
What happens after you receive your gallery
I keep the original files for 3 months after delivery, so If you wish to have any images re-edited or converted to colour from black and white, you must do so within 3 months, this will not be possible after the 3 months.
Albums
If you have selected an ALBUM PACKAGE, please send me a list of your selected images for your album. Once the design is ready, I will email over a proof for you to check. It’s very important at this stage to check all of the details, including the spelling, and wedding date/venue information. Any spelling mistakes cannot be altered after I’ve ordered your album with my supplier.
If there are any changes you would like, please email me to let me know. Once you are happy with the design, I will place the order with my album supplier based in Italy. Albums can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Once I have received your album from my supplier, I will check it first, and then email you to arrange a collection date.
You must order your album within 12 months of the date of your wedding, if you order your album after the 12 months there will be additional costs to cover increases from my suppliers. Your album credit will expire 2 years from the date of your wedding, if you wish to order any albums after that date, full payment at the current prices will apply. Your images will be kept on file for a maximum of five years from the date of your wedding.
I photograph about 40 weddings a year, so I am unable to chase everyone for their album image selections, therefore it is your responsibility to contact me with your selection of images.
Signature Prints
If you have a SIGNATURE PRINT included in your package, please let me know which image you would like printed. Framed prints take about 2 weeks to be delivered to me, once I have received it, I will contact you to arrange collection.
